Just thought I would drop you a quick note regarding Mike's recent purchase of his Ford Fiesta. I really appreciate what you have done for mike and he is delighted with his new car. In particular we all really wish to thank you for your excellent service and note that it is very refreshing to deal with people who we trust will do a good job. Well done all round.
