Ryan began working at Mercury during the Summer of 2007 only one week after turning 16! Such an impression was made that the Company decided to support him through his Motor Mechanic Apprenticeship. Ryan is learning all aspects of mechanics together with car preparation and everything in between!

In addition to his day to day duties Ryan attends all rallys as part of the support crew and plays a major role in the preparation of the rally car before each event.
