We will source and restore to original specification where possible any of the more desirable sports model Escorts. The car is finished to an excellent useable show standard throughout. We can also rebuild to concours standard if desired.

As the car is assembled and again on completion it will be Waxoyled, i.e. all box sections, inner sills, inside doors, pillars, rear arches, underside floor area to help prevent against corrosion.

The RS2000, Mexico, Sport or Harrier will be built as follows;

Shell The 2 door shell has all rusty metal cut out and replaced with new panels. Attention is paid to original features such as strut top plates. The shell is 2 pack painted in an original colour of your choice on all exterior panels, under the boot and bonnet, inside the engine and boot compartment, door checks and inside of doors and rear ¼'s except RS2 Custom. Correct Satin Black detailing relevant to model.

Mechanical The engine is fully checked and fitted with new cambelt, tensioner, water pump, fuel pump, engine mounts, fluids, clutch, alternator, starter motor, oil pressure pipe, throttle cable, clutch cable, plugs, leads, distributor cap, points, condenser, oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, inlet/exhaust/cam cover gaskets painted and detailed with correct engine bay details. New exhaust system and manifold. Gearbox, prop & axle checked and fluids replaced.

Brakes Fully overhauled, new pads, shoes, fluids, handbrake cable, brake pipes and braided hoses.

Interior Retrimmed Recaro seats front and rear, new carpet, dashboard reconditioned, steering wheel reconditioned. Reconditioned and retaped wiring loom. The car is valeted.

Exterior & Wheels New windscreen, glass rubbers, door seals, gutter trims, satin black detailing, rear lights. Choice of ‘minilite’ style alloys or original RS alloys where available fitted with new tyres and wheel nuts.
